The CFA is the world’s largest and most recognized registry of pedigreed cats.
They have information about cat shows world wide and you can learn all about the different breeds of cats that the CFA recognizes.
The TICA is a registry that recognizes certain breeds of cats that are not recognized by the CFA.
Examples of such breeds are: Bengals, Snowshoes and Pixiebobs.

Founded in 1960 the Canadian Cat Association has been striving with success to be the equivalent to the other main cat registries internationally.
This is the United Kingdom’s equivalent to the CFA - The Governing Council of the Cat Fancy .
Founded in 1910, this is club is steeped in history. You can find all about purebred cats in the UK here as well as shows and cat care.
A wealth of information for those who live in the UK.
